Raya CX: Re-certified to COPC CX Standard for Contact Centers -17 years

We are proud to be COPC Contact Centers certified for the 17th year in a row! The COPC certification is the most prestigious recognition in our industry for any customer experience operation, given by the US-based COPC Inc.

The COPC contact centers certification process is an independent and objective assessment of the operation’s current performance compared to the requirements found in the COPC Customer Experience (CX) Standard for contact centers.

The certificate examines four key areas leadership, processes, people, and performance. Once certified this proves that your customers are receiving the best service, regardless of how or where they contact you, and your company is committed to delivering a consistent and superior experience.
