Raya Customer Experience (Raya CX), part of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, has expanded its global collaboration efforts by forming a new strategic partnership with RSVP (Media Response), a UK-based company specializing in customer engagement and communication solutions.
The two organizations formalized their cooperation through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed during the UK Contact Centre Expo 2025 in London.
The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the UK Contact Centre Expo 2025. Raya CX participated as part of the Egyptian Pavilion, organized by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The signing was attended by Eng. Mahmoud Sofrata, Vice President of ITIDA, reflects the agency’s continued role in promoting Egypt as a competitive global hub for digital and outsourcing services.
The agreement reinforces the shared ambition of both organizations to broaden their global footprint and deliver advanced, end-to-end CX solutions. By combining Raya CX’s global delivery expertise with RSVP’s specialized communication capabilities, the partnership strengthens the presence of both companies in key markets including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
The MoU was officially signed by Alaa El Khishen, CEO of Raya CX, and Simon Christie, Chief Commercial Officer of RSVP, marking a significant milestone in enhancing cooperation between the two companies.
As part of the partnership, Raya CX and RSVP will collaborate across several service domains, including integrated multichannel contact center services, back-office and administrative support, and specialized outsourcing consultancy. By leveraging advanced technologies and combined operational expertise, both organizations aim to deliver higher service efficiency and enhanced customer experiences for global clients.
This collaboration also highlights the strength of Egypt’s outsourcing sector. By operating under ITIDA’s umbrella at the Expo, Raya CX continues to demonstrate Egypt’s strong digital infrastructure, deep talent pool, and competitive advantages as a global delivery destination.
