Raya CX Earns the Egyptian Gender Equity Seal: A Milestone in Our Commitment to Women’s Empowerment

Today, we are proud to announce that Raya CX has officially been awarded the Egyptian Gender Equity Seal (EGES), a national certification developed by the National Council for Women (NCW) to recognize companies that demonstrate a genuine commitment to gender equity in the workplace.
What Is the Egyptian Gender Equity Seal?
The EGES is a prestigious national benchmark that acknowledges organizations actively building fair, safe, and inclusive workplaces for women. It focuses on improving policies, closing gender gaps, and promoting equal opportunities across hiring, pay, leadership, and professional development.
A Recognition Shared Across Raya Holding
This year, only six companies in Egypt were selected to receive the EGES certification. We are proud that four of them are subsidiaries of Raya Holding, showcasing the Group’s commitment to gender equity across all businesses.

Our Journey Toward the Seal
Earning the EGES certification is a comprehensive and intentional process. At Raya CX, our journey included:
- Commitment to the EGES framework and its standards
- Conducting a Gender Diagnostic Study (GDS) to evaluate women’s representation and advancement across the company
- Developing a Gender Action Plan (GAP) outlining clear initiatives, KPIs, and department-level ownership
- Successfully completing an external audit, validating our policies, practices, and culture
