It was a pleasure working alongside ITIDA, SITEL Group, and Vodafone VOIS to empower youth 💪 with knowledge on outsourcing, customer experience, and being skillset ready for a career in digitally-led companies.
The panel answered the audience’s questions on various topics including the CX journey. Our CEO, Ahmed Refky told youth at the event,
“you have the power to create positive and personalized experiences with customers with the right training. Also, knowing that the customer experience starts way before the customer purchases the product, and brands have to be ready to create a holistic customer journey.”
Ahmed Refky also shared how empowering youth is the main goal at RAYA CX and preparing them for a career in CX management and the digital workforce is a top priority.
Additionally, he thanked RAYA CX’s, Training, L&D, and TA Sr. Manager, Dina Hegazy for her great contribution at the event offering valuable advice to the youth attending on the skills needed to start a career in the BPO industry. He also thanked ITIDA and it’s CEO Amr Mahfouz for the wonderful forum and opportunity to meet with bright youth.
